Busser/ Bar Back / Kitchen Help

Purpose/ Summary: You will be responsible for bussing tables, running food and helping in the kitchen. Duties & Responsibilities: Offers assistance to guests by clearing away dishes and glass wear Buses, wipes down, and resets table Maintains cleanliness of restrooms Sweeps the floor Delivers food to tables Loads and empties the dishwasher Assists the chef with food preparation as required Assists the kitchen Assists bartenders with restocking server area Follows safety and sanitation policy at all time

Food Preparation Execution Prepare all food items in a sanitary and timely manner, follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by Royal Docks Brewing Company Restock all items as needed throughout the shift Clean and maintain kitchen while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation and organizational skills Understand proper use and maintain all equipment in the kitchen Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas Adhere to proper storage and hierarchy of food Operational Execution Maintain personal health and sanitation standards Know to keep track of and report all food waste Must handle and rotate all food products properly Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance and safety Maintain clean uniform and understands that he/she is always on stage Attendance in mandatory meetings, training and workshops Ensure 100% compliance with all Company policies and laws, including health and safety standards

Front of the House Manager

We are looking for a Front of the House Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a pleasurable dining experience and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.Front of the House manager responsibilities include maintaining the taproom’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient taproom operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. We want you to know how to oversee the taproom, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity.We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our taporoom runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.Duties & Responsibilities: Manage a team of front of house staff including scheduling, training, and general supervision Oversee that all opening and closing duties of the taproom are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained Responsible for daily deposits, and the correct operation of the POS systems • Balancing of all daily and nightly cash drawers and POS Inventory and maintenance of par levels for front of house items Providing excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards in their area Handle guest complaints according to provided guidelines Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to provide a seamless experience
